DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
TessDrive respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. The TessDrive icon library contains images contributed by users. If you believe content in the library infringes your copyright, this page explains how to report it and how our notice-and-takedown process works.
The fast way: report an icon
Every icon in the library has a report control. Reporting an icon immediately hides it from the library pending our review — this is the quickest way to get infringing or inappropriate content taken down. For a formal legal notice, follow the DMCA process below.
Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one), you may send a written notice to our Designated Agent. To be effective under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and enough information for us to locate it (for example, the icon’s folder and name, or a link to it);
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Please note: under Section 512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing can subject you to liability for damages.
Designated Copyright Agent
Send DMCA notices to our Designated Agent:
DMCA Agent, TessDrive LLC
629 Maple Valley Dr, Unit #1303
Farmington, MO 63640, United States
Email: [email protected]
What happens after a valid notice
When we receive a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who submitted it. We may also remove content proactively when it is reported or when we otherwise become aware that it may be infringing.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will restrict or remove the ability of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others to contribute to the icon library.
A note on trademarks
App names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. TessDrive claims no ownership of them, and their presence in the icon library does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners. Trademark concerns can also be reported to [email protected].
